Do not do any business with this store they are absolutely horrible to deal with or to get anything done. They will tell you they can do it and then they tell you no we cant do that here. Lies lies lies hope someone does something about this store soon.

I would really consider doing anything you need online then doing it at this store. You could possibly be getting the wrong phone!!! Plus you would be paying less in fees and less on a re stock fee. A representative heard the wrong phone I wanted and went threw with the whole process until she finally gave me the phone. Rushing the whole process due to close hrs. And next day wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. I was better off ordering my phone and doing the process online!
