These guys are total garbage and I agree with the person saying it would be nice to rate them less than a star. The worse internet service I have ever had. Not only do they charge twice as much for mediocre speeds but their customer service is a dumpster fire. Unfortunately if you want to get internet in this area you won't be able to find another provider unless you hook up with Verizon or a satellite internet.

the absolute worst service i have ever heard of. filing an ffc suit as well as small claims. have been promised hook up 3 times no one shows, its been over a month! i finally asked if there was anotger provider in town and was told we have the monopoly so just sit and wait. they lie, are taking advantage of the oil workers and have exact opposite of customer service because in there words, where else are you going to go? also over 60% of my calls durring business hours are not answered and never a single one of VM were returned
I wish I could rate lower than one star. Paying top dollar for their "best" internet package, and I can't even stream a television show on my tv. It really is a disgrace that a city limit line mandates you pay four times the price for internet and other services that are at best an eighth as good as the cheapest package any other place offers just two miles away.
This company is comprised of land pirates. I wouldn't be surprised if they stored all the loot they steal from their customers in a big ass treasure chest. Nobody wants to pay for home phone landlines in their house but they have to since your a monopoly in the area. You charge an arm and a leg for internet that is sub par at best. If you owned this company anywhere else you would have sank a long time ago. If anyone is looking for better internet, please call up Verizon and tell them to get some fiber optics up in the Stanley area. The sooner competition comes in the sooner you stop getting gouged for shot gbps reliability.
